my bloody valentine reissues — plus watch full london show from '89

After years of delays, it appears remasters of My Bloody Valentine‘s Creation-era output will finally see the light of day. On May 7th, Sony will release remastered versions of Isn’t Anything and Loveless, along with a 2CD comp of the four EPs released between ’88 and ’91.

The latter will feature three previously unreleased tracks, “Angel,” “Good For You” and “How Do You Do It,” while the Loveless reissue will also include a remaster Kevin Shields did from the original analog tapes that was never released on a second disc. Check out the full track lists over at slicingupeyeballs.

To honor of this momentous moment in shoegaze history, I found a bootleg recording of an ’89 show from the University of London. It’s reasonably high quality and includes most of Isn’t Anything and the You Made Me Realise EP. Enjoy:
